Welcome to The Temple Inn; A traditional village pub in Hampshire that has recently re-opened, after going through an extensive refurb and re-design, as a family-friendly pub offering fresh, local, seasonal food and drink menus.
The new Temple Inn offers the perfect combination of a traditional British pub honouring its historic roots all the way back to 1870, combined with a relaxed, modern design to create an atmosphere for all to enjoy.
Whether catching up with friends over a pint of local real ale in the sunshine on our terrace, celebrating with a bottle of English sparkling wine or having a family lunch after a long dog walk, The Temple Inn is a fantastic hub for socialising, right in the heart of Liss Forest.
The Temple Inn is the newest addition to Red Mist Leisure; An award-winning company who own 9 other highly recognised pubs across Hampshire and Surrey and are comprised of a team of people who are passionate about pubs and strive to deliver an authentic family-friendly atmosphere.
There is nothing more important to our team at Red Mist than having a group of pubs that are welcoming to all and that use only the freshest ingredients and produce that our local area has to offer. We strive for proper pubs, fantastic food, great beer and happy people.

After a very very long wait we have, at last, our village pub back. My wife and I paid our first visit on Friday after Red Mist Leisure have taken over the The Temple Inn. They have completely modernised the whole building, there is a wonderful ambience. The new menu has sufficient choice to satisfy the majority and the food was wonderfully cooked and presented. Nat (the Pub Manager) and his team are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. It is a huge huge addition to our village.
